About the Center

The LOUISIANA LOCAL TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LTAP) maintains a transportation related library of publications, research reports, specifications, guidelines, videos and CDs as a no-cost resource for public transportation agencies throughout Louisiana.

Lending Policy

Publications have a 30-day loan period while videos (up to 3) carry a 14-day loan term. Loan periods are easily extended if materials are to be used for employee training. Please return by first class mail or common carrier (your only cost).

Copyright Information

Non-government produced videotapes are protected by copyright, and may not be duplicated without specific written permission from the video producer.

How to Return Videotapes

Please rewind the video to the beginning. Place it in the original padded envelope and re-address to the LOUISIANA LOCAL TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. The address is:
