About the Center

The LOUISIANA LOCAL TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LTAP) maintains a transportation related library of publications, research reports, specifications, guidelines, DVDs and CDs as a no-cost resource for public transportation agencies throughout Louisiana.

Lending Policy

Publications have a 30-day loan period. Loan periods are easily extended if materials are to be used for employee training. Please return by first class mail or common carrier (your only cost).

Non-government produced material are protected by copyright, and may not be duplicated without specific written permission from the video producer.
