LPA CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION WORKSHOP
This is a pilot class developed on construction contract administration to help the local public agencies understand the required DOTD/FHWA expectations for CEI. In this training, we will have presentations on the Construction Administration Manual, Site Manager, temp traffic control, materials testing, partial estimates, project closeout, and compliance program requirements. We are seeking input from the construction coordinators on content in this pilot class. Please be prepared to provide feedback on how this draft course can be improved, so the working relationships with LPAs is improved during construction.
