About the Course:
This course is designed to provide safety and maintenance best practices for those who work on and around heavy construction equipment.

It is suitable for Operators, Foremen, Superintendents, Field Maintenance, Workshop Mechanics and others who may be interested in the course topics.

Each year many workers are killed and thousands sustain serious injuries while working on and around heavy equipment. It is widely recognized by industry and equipment manufacturers, in particular, that frequent safety training for equipment operators and others who work around equipment has a positive impact on safety. The majority of all equipment related accidents are caused by human error and most could have been avoided. This class stresses the responsibility each worker has in ensuring their safety and that of the public.
