The conference, sponsored by the Transportation Research Board, the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, the Louisiana Transportation Research Center and the Louisiana Planning Council, has been set for April 6-10, 2003 at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Exhibit set-up will be on Sunday, April 6, 2003. Exhibit times will be Sunday afternoon, Monday, 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., and Tuesday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and will include a vendor reception in the exhibit hall on Monday evening. It is expected that the Ninth TRB Conference on the Application of Transportation Planning Methods will be attended by more than 300 transportation planners. The conference provides transportation planners a forum for the exchange of innovative and contemporary ideas, methodologies, and experiences.
