Moonlight on the Mississippi - 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM - $105.00 per person
Don't just behold the Mighty Mississippi from the riverbanks. Join us aboard only one of 5 steam powered riverboats left on this majestic river. This paddle-wheeler will take you on a journey down river past the New Orleans French Quarter along the same waterway that roughly half of America's imports and exports travel each day. Dine on a wonderful Creole-Cajun buffet on board. A licensed guide will escort you to and from the hotel. You will be walking, so dress comfortably. The river has a breeze most nights.

The chef will demonstrate how to prepare several delicacies such as jambalaya and bread pudding while explaining the history that goes along with each dish.
