On behalf of the Industry Relations Committee, we extend an invitation to display at the 2020 Conference. The displays for the upcoming conference have been scheduled as follows:Monday, March 2
Exhibit hall opens for booth set up.
2:45 PM to 8:00 PM
Exhibits will open at the afternoon break. Reception will begin at 5:00 PM with food/beverages served in exhibit hall.
Tuesday, March 3
7:00 AM to 3:15 PM
Continental breakfast, break items, and boxed lunch will be served in exhibit hall. Exhibitors may begin moving out after the afternoon break.
The exhibitor area will be arranged with display booths 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep. The fee for a display space will be $650 for the first booth; $500 for each additional booth. After January 31, 2020, the price for the first booth will increase to $800.
A number of areas may be available for inside displays of commercial equipment. Prices are as follows:
- 20' x 30' = $700
- 20' x 40' = $800
- 20' x 50' = $900
If a vendor wishes to have an equipment display space and a display booth(s), the booth(s) will cost $500 each. Equipment can have no more than one-eighth (1/8) tank of fuel, and the battery cable must be disconnected. If the display is entirely in/on a trailer, it is suggested that trailer be properly placed at the required time and the truck tractor removed from the building.
The exhibitor registration form is online in the LTRC Registration Management System.
Sponsors must submit the online sponsor registration form through the LTRC Event Management System. If you currently have a username and password, please use that information. If not, please create a profile.
Some things to note on setting up your profile and registering for LTRC sponsored events:
- Google Chrome is the preferred browser when using this system.
- You will create a profile in order to enroll in any event. This will only be done on your initial visit to the website.
- You will set up a username and password to manage this profile.
- Your password should be between 6-12 characters long.
- Please hold onto the email that confirms your profile.
- Once logged in, you will find a list of current events available for enrollment, including the 2020 LTC Exhibitor Booth Order Form.
- After completing your registration, you will receive an email confirmation. Please hold onto this email as well.
