Badge/Name Tag
Please remember to wear your 36th Annual NAATSHO Conference badge/name tag at all times as this is your admission into all events.
Conference Headquarters
The 36th Annual NAATSHO Conference Headquarters is located in the Bonnet Carre Room on the Mezzanine Level. The conference headquarters will be open during the following times:
| Sunday | 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. |
| Monday | 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. |
| Tuesday | 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. |
| Wednesday | 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. |
| Thursday | 7:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon |
Conference Luncheons
The conference luncheons for registered delegates and attendees will be held on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 11:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. in the Riverview Room.
Conference Presentations
A CD containing the available conference presentations will be mailed to all registered delegates/attendees after the conference.
Exhibitors
Exhibits will be on display at the following times in the La Nouvelle Orleans Ballroom: Monday, 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday, 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. and will include an exhibitor=s reception in the La Nouvelle Orleans Ballroom on Monday evening from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Message Board
Provisions have been made for a Message Board to be placed at the registration/information desk located outside the La Nouvelle Orleans Ballroom. Conference attendees may be contacted by calling The Hotel Monteleone at (504) 523-3341 and requesting the 36th Annual North American Association of Transportation Safety and Health Officials (NAATSHO) Conference.
Special Needs
If you have special needs during the conference, visit the Conference Headquarters (Bonnet Carre Room, Mezzanine Level) and every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
Tourist and Local Restaurant Information
Tourist and local restaurant information is available at the conference registration/information desk located outside the La Nouvelle Orleans Ballroom.
