The registration fee for the conference will be $225 until June 27, 2003. After June 27, 2003 the registration fee will be $275. The registration fee includes conference registration materials and admission to the conference continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches and evening functions. For registrations received after July 1, 2003 some of the materials may not be available at the conference due to publication deadlines. If paying your registration fee by check or money order, payment must accompany the registration form. A copy of the registration form can be downloaded by clicking here. Please make check or money orders payable to the LTRC Conference Account. Payment must be postmarked by June 27, 2003 to avoid the late fee. The 36th Annual North American Association of Transportation Safety and Health Officials (NAATSHO) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference. REGISTRATION/INFORMATION The registration/information desk located outside the La Nouvelle Orleans Ballroom will be open during the following times: August 3 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.August 4 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.August 5 7:30 a.m. until 12:00 noonCANCELLATIONS Only cancellations received in writing by the Louisiana Transportation Research Center (LTRC) by 4:30 p.m. on July 3, 2003 will be refunded, less a $25 handling fee. No refunds will be made after July 21, 2003. |
