About the Course

Tractor-mower combinations are among the most commonly used—and most underestimated—pieces of equipment in public works operations. Unfortunately, they are also among the most potentially dangerous when not operated safely. This course emphasizes the importance and benefits of proper operator training, focusing on techniques and awareness that help reduce accidents and improve efficiency in the field.

Participants will learn safe practices for a variety of equipment types, including:

  • Flail mowers
